A QR code for your parking space or garage
Reachable for neighbours and managers, without a number on the wall.
A private parking space, a spot in a shared car park or a lock-up garage: you are usually not there when something happens. A TagTalk QR code at your spot lets neighbours and managers reach you without your phone number on the wall or door.
Print the Need to Reach Me design
The short definition
A QR code at your parking space or garage lets neighbours and managers message you without your phone number on the wall or door.
When someone needs to reach you
A car is parked in your space and the driver wants to check if that is fine. Your own car is parked a little wide and a neighbour cannot get past. The door of your garage is open or there is a leak. In each case it helps if someone can message you directly.
Why not put your number on the wall
A phone number on the wall of a car park is visible to everyone who passes, including strangers. With TagTalk, the sender only sees a message page. Your phone number and email address stay hidden.
How it works
Someone scans the QR code and writes a message in the browser, without an app or account. You read it in your TagTalk dashboard and reply in the same conversation. Turn on push, email, WhatsApp or SMS notifications if you want to know quickly.
Printing and placing the sign
Choose the Need to Reach Me design and print at 100% scale. For outdoor spots, use waterproof vinyl or a weatherproof sleeve. Place it at eye level next to your space number or garage door, and check with the building manager first if you share the car park.
Which design should I print?
Need to Reach Me works for parking spaces and garages. For a gate you need to get through, Need Access is laid out for that.
Does the sender see my phone number?
No. The message goes through TagTalk. The sender does not see your phone number or email address.
Can I put a sign up in a shared car park?
Check with the building manager or owners' association first. A small sign at your own space is often fine, but rules differ per building.
Can I reply to the message?
Yes. You reply in your dashboard in the same conversation, and the sender sees your reply on the message page.
