A QR code sign for your construction site
One place for messages, without a number on the fence.
On a construction site, many people want to reach someone: a neighbour with a question, a supplier at the gate or a driver looking for the entrance. A TagTalk QR code on the fence or site cabin gives them one place for messages, without the site manager's mobile number on the fence.
The short definition
A QR code on the site fence or cabin lets neighbours, suppliers and drivers reach the site manager without a mobile number on the site.
Who wants to reach your site
Neighbours with a question about working hours, a supplier who has already arrived, a driver who does not know where to unload or someone who notices the gate is open. With a QR code they can tell you straight away, even when the site manager is elsewhere on site.
No personal number on the fence
A mobile number on a site fence stays there for months and spreads to everyone who passes. With TagTalk, messages arrive in a dashboard and the sender sees no phone number or email address. If the site manager changes, the sign can stay.
How it works
The sender scans the QR code and writes a message in the browser, without an app or account. You read it in your TagTalk dashboard and reply in the same conversation, for example where the delivery should go.
Printing and placing the sign
Choose the Need Access design for the site entrance, or Need to Reach Me for general messages. Print at 100% scale on waterproof vinyl or use a weatherproof sleeve, and place it at eye level by the entrance.
Safety first
A QR code is for practical messages. In an accident or dangerous situation, people should call the local emergency number.
Which design should I print?
Need Access for the site entrance, or Need to Reach Me for general messages from neighbours.
Does the sender see a phone number?
No. The message goes through TagTalk. The sender sees no phone number or email address.
What if the site manager changes?
The sign can stay. Messages arrive in the TagTalk account, so nothing on the fence needs to change.
Can I reply to a message?
Yes. You reply in your dashboard in the same conversation, and the sender sees your reply on the message page.
